Auction Charge per Lot:	$0
Payment Terms:	NO checks accepted. Cash and Credit Cards only. The customer is responsible for all credit card fees and must have a valid ID that matches the name on the credit card. Vehicles must be paid for and removed from the lot by 5:00pm Thursday following the sale. The tow service reserves the right to sell the vehicle to another bidder if not paid for as per the listed terms. Cash only - NO checks, NO Credit Cards. Title affidavit paperwork must be paid for and requested by Thursday 5:00pm the same week as the auction was conducted. $125.00 for title affidavit paperwork and must be paid for at the same time as payment is made for the vehicle.
Lots must be picked up within 7 days of auction ending.
Vehicles must be paid for in full within 3 days of the auction and removed from the lot within 7 days. All vehicles are sold AS-IS. Title Affidavits are available for $125.00 and will be issued in the name of the purchaser only. The title affidavit must be requested and paid for at the time of payment of the vehicle. Vehicles can only be viewed the Friday before the sale from 3pm to 5pm.
