If the vehicle is out of state the fee will be $125.00 for Compliance Certificate. Only the buyer name/company that is used on the auction site can be put on the Compliance Certificate. CASH or pre-approved business checks only. All Purchases must be paid for and picked up by the following Monday after auction by 5pm. If vehicles are not removed by that following Monday a $40.00 storage fee per vehicle will start to incur. No Exceptions. All vehicles are sold AS IS with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Inspection of the vehicles before bidding is strongly encouraged and recommended.
